Returns + Exchanges

 

Potter’s Song Pottery is passionate about creating special, one-of-a-kind pottery pieces that bring joy to people. If you’ve found that special item that speaks to you – hooray!

But sometimes physical items just aren’t the same as their pictures. In trying to prevent great disappointment, please remember to read item descriptions and dimensions before making a purchase!

And as each item is handmade with unique clays and glazes that sometimes run low on stock, you’ll understand that sometimes replacement items just aren’t available.


 

Return Policy

If you have purchased pottery pieces online you may return them within 30 days for a complete refund, store credit, or exchange, however you must cover the cost of shipping the return and refunds will not be administered until item arrives intact.

Items you’re returning need to be in the same condition as when they were shipped. Damaged items may not be returned. Please pack extra carefully so items are not damaged in transit upon return. Email potterssong@gmail.com for return address.


All packages are automatically insured at no extra cost to you.


If your item was damaged in transit after it left the studio, Potter’s Song Pottery will not be liable for the damages. You are encouraged to report any damaged items you receive to the postal service – remember to keep your damaged items and all packing material in the condition you found it as this is required to file a claim.
